Rye sees a big influx of visitors over summer and school holidays, which puts extra demand on local electrical infrastructure. Property owners and managers often need quick turnaround on electrical work before guests arrive — and that's something we're very good at.
Safety switch installation is one of our most common jobs in Rye. Many older properties don't have safety switches on all circuits, which is both a safety issue and a compliance issue for rental properties. We can inspect, install and certify.
