Safety Beach's mostly residential character means our work here is primarily domestic — switchboard upgrades, safety switch installation, lighting upgrades and the occasional emergency callout. We also do a lot of work for holiday rental owners who need their properties maintained and compliant between tenancies.
The proximity to the water means corrosion can be an issue for older electrical fittings — particularly outdoor power points and lighting. We recommend IP-rated outdoor fittings for all coastal installations, and can inspect existing outdoor electrical work for any corrosion issues.
For new home builds in the Safety Beach area, we work alongside builders and owner-builders to deliver complete electrical installations from roughin through to final fit-off.
